If you've been practicing with me for a while, you'll love this mobility flow with some creative transitions. This is an intermediate / advanced practice is perfect for active recovery days.
In the 20-minute practice, I'll guide you through 2 series - the first is a warm up series to build your foundation and the second is a flow series where we'll expand the on the movements for greater mobility.
