MixEmergency 1.1 introduces a new feature: the Transition Parameter control. This control enables the user to adjust a single parameter of the current transition, and is located to the right of the Transition select pop-up menu.
Most transitions can take advantage of this new control.
For example, the new Strobe transition uses the control to adjust the strobe rate between the media sources.
The Wipe and Iris transitions use the control to adjust the length of the edge gradient.
The 3D transitions, such as the Cube transition, use the control to adjust the perspective.
And, the Grid transitions use the control to adjust the size of the grid.
The new Background transitions allow the full-screen output of MixEmergency to be mixed with the output of most other VJ software.
There are three types of Background transition: two that use the crossfader to determine the mix, and one that uses the new transition parameter.
