NISKAYUNA - A former restaurant owner has learned his sentence Thursday.Frank Popolizo, owner of The Pentagon restaurant on Erie Boulevard plead guilty of tax fraud last year after an investigation found that he did not pay around 100,000 in state sales tax.Popolizo has been sentenced to five years probation and 500 hours of community service.The restaurant has since closed.Pololizo has paid back the money owed.
