The White House has confirmed that President Cyril Ramaphosa will meet U.S. President Joe Biden in Washington later this month. The meeting is expected to focus on their differences over Russia. The Biden administration is looking for African nations - South Africa in particular - to condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine and join western sanctions against Moscow.
Minister of International Relations Dr Naledi Pandor says this will provide the presidency and his U.S. counterpart to strengthen both political and economic relations.
