This is a 45 minute gentle 'head to toe' vinyasa yoga practice. A deliberately slow, stretchy & gentle class for your whole body. Part 12 of the Refresh & Restore series of classes. These practices are designed to gently restore range of motion in your whole body without too much over effort. Practice postures that are low to the floor with some longer holds and also some fluid movement. This class includes twists, hip openers and side bends. Ideal as a full body stretch while not depleting your energy.
For practice, I'd recommend a block & blanket for comfort.
