911 audio from 22-year-old Aja Cruz who was with Don and Benjamin Dudley when they were shot by Robert Chipman Jr. in what police describe as a road-rage incident on May 22, 2017 along M-37, near Sparta Avenue NW, in Sparta Township. Chipman claimed there was a physical altercation and he used his handgun -- he has a valid concealed pistol permit -- to stop the two men. Donald Dudley died in the shooting.
