In this video, I elevated the classic sausage dog by grilling up some fantastic sausages from Hardcore Carnivore, created by Jess Pryles and sold at HEB Grocery Stores. These bougie sausage dogs were served on brioche buns and topped with a variety of delicious options, including sautéed bell peppers and onions, homemade coleslaw, diced onion, relish, and cheese. Coleslaw Recipe
2lbs Cabbage, shredded
1/2lbs Red Cabbage, shredded
3 Carrots, shredded
1/2cup Mayo
1/4cup Sour Cream
2tsp Salt
1/2tsp White Pepper
1/2tsp Granulated Garlic
1 1/2 oz Sugar
1 1/2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar
Mix all wet ingredients and spices.
Pour mixture onto cabbage and mix well.
