In the practical realm, I pulled out my induction stove burner and air fryer to do some test cooking in the desert. I felt ready to trust that if I pulled a lot of power from my new LifePo batteries, I’d be backstopped with the wind generator. Whelp, let’s just say still needs some tweaking.

I also give a little tutorial on using my Italian Coffee Pot. I’ve not seen anyone in vanlife use this coffee system. Not sure why because it’s easy and effortless to enjoy my daily coffee ritual with this coffee brewing system.

Last but not least, I expand a little bit on my experience with the concept of manifesting. It feels a little clunky, but stay tuned. Word meanings are in rapid expansion mode. I’m sure I’ll find more words as I travel around meeting Kindred Spirits. In the meantime, how do you experience the word manifesting?
