In this first video of a 3 part video series of building a concrete pier foundation as a base for our WoodMizer LX25 Sawmill, we plan the layout and dig our holes. We needed to make sure the layout was right with exact measurements and making sure everything is perfectly level. We struggled with digging the holes in such dry and rocky soil using our tractors post hole auger... which we discovered had broken teeth after we were done.
