After over three months of eating just red meat, eggs, cheese and butter here are my final numbers for weight loss, body fat, cholesterol and A1C. I enjoyed this diet and will likely do it again the next time I need to lose weight. I should note that I am not allergic to anything such as milk or gluten and that was not a factor in choosing this diet. It was to lose weight and trim body fat, that is all.
