Congressman Doug Lamborn, representing the Fifth Congressional District of Colorado spoke on the United States House of Representatives Floor calling on the Palestinian Authority to abandon its pay for slay payments. Although we passed my bill, the Taylor Force Act, these payments continue. We must let the enemies of peace know that the United States will not stand by and allow the PA to promote and reward the murder of innocents.
