Ms. Donald has over 25 years of senior management experience in the public and non-profit sectors. Before rejoining CFSA, she was Vice President of the Center for Effective Family Services and Systems at the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the nation’s largest organization solely dedicated to improve the lives of vulnerable children and families. She returned to the DC Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) as its director in January 2017. Previously, Director Donald served as Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services (DMHHS) for the District of Columbia beginning in January 2015, and most recently served as both deputy mayor for Health and Human Services and interim director of CFSA under Mayor Bowser since October 2016. She also served as Secretary of the Maryland Department of Human Services from 2007-2010.
