Sauce:
1-1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1-1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Sesame oil
1 tbsp vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp water

Stir-Fry:
5 pcs Tofu (Grocery or wet market bought)
1 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 tsp salt
Vegetable oil
Green string beans, chopped
Carrots, sliced
