The people who abandoned this dog said this dog had a contagious disease that humans could get. That didn't stop rescuers from reaching out to him immediately after they got the call. Even though the shelter was at capacity, one of the rescuers couldn't leave this dog chained up and took him home with him. There he made new friends and his severely broken legs were allowed to heal, just in time to meet his new family
