Hello friends, Today's recipe is chili paneer. I will make today's recipe in a very vegetarian way because it is a requested recipe. If you make chili paneer like this without onion and garlic, no one will understand that it is vegetarian dish. Because it is just awesome to eat. Ingredients :
For batter :-
Flour- 2tbsp
Cornflower- 1tbsp
Black paper powder- 2pinch
Salt to taste
Main ingredients :-
Refined oil- 3-4tbsp
Paneer- 200g
Capsicum- 1medium size
Tomato- 2 medium size
Green chili- 4-5
Ginger paste- 1tbsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder- 1tsp
Red chili powder- 2tsp
Soya sauce- 2tbsp
Green chilli sauce- 1tbsp
Tomato sauce- 1-2tbsp
Water- 1cup
2nd batter(step by step) :-
1. Take 1st batter bowl
2. Add cornflower(if needed)- 1tbsp
3. Sugar- 1/2tsp
4. Water- 1/2cup
Make a thin batter
Add it into chili paneer- 2 to 3 tbsp
