It's time to harvest and dry our mammoth sunflowers that we grew in this years garden. This instructional video will show you just how easy it is to prepare your sunflower seeds for harvest or for roasting into delicious homemade snacks. We are extremely happy with the results of this years sunflowers and I attribute that to the great weather conditions for sunflowers and all of the incredible organic fertilizer and compost that we've been making at home as well.
