Slow Cooker Beef With Mashed potatoes and Veg

Ingredients list
————————

674g beef
1-2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
6-8 sprigs thyme
2 garlic cloves
1 white onion
3 small carrots
1/4 cup wine (optional)
6 cups beef broth
4 sprigs thyme
1 scotch bonnet pepper
1 sprig Rosemary


For Mashed Potatoes
—————————
3 large potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp mixed herbs
1-2 tbsp butter
1/4 cup double cream / heavy cream

For greens
——————
300g green beans
1 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp garlic powder


‼️Slow cook for 6hrs on low‼️
