Beat in a deep bowl:
4 eggs and 150 g of sugar until a stable foam (or until the mass increases in volume and the color turns white).
Add a little vanilla sugar.
Mix 120 g of flour with 1 tsp of baking powder - sift everything.
Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture in 2-3 sets. Gently mix with a spatula from bottom to top.
Line the bottom and sides of the pan with baking paper.
Cover with a towel, press the lid with a load.
Bake on low heat for 50 minutes.
Allow the finished biscuit to cool completely. Cut into 3 pieces.

Let’s prepare a cream cheese:
300g cottage cheese
60g powdered sugar
100g cream 33%

Cream cheese for cake coating:
420g cottage cheese
80g powdered sugar
60g cream 33 %
