The V3 SSP 64mm Burrs offers an extra splash of fines which generally is leading to more consistent shots, sweeter, and overall, more delightful to drink when compared to the V2 Cast version. We did notice that they require more alignment when compared to the V2, but it is worth it if you are searching for that sweet body while not compromising on the tasting notes 💯
