Sixth episode of the thirty-sixth series of the BBC Radio Four comedy panel show Just A Minute, recorded at the Radio Theatre of BBC Broadcasting House in London and first broadcast on Monday 24th January 2000. This episode features regulars Paul Merton, Peter Jones (in his final appearance), frequent guest Stephen Fry and occasional guest Maria McErlane attempting to speak for just a minute on the following subjects: Miracles, Beelzebub, Defying The Laws Of Nature, The Sound Of Music, Goody Two Shoes, My Best Impressions, My First Seventy Years, Troglodytes, and A Bee In My Bonnet.
Peter Jones died on 10th April 2000, six weeks after the conclusion of this series. He made three hundred and thirty-one Just A Minute appearances in three decades, having debuted at the beginning of the sixth series in October 1971. Famed for his warm and friendly demeanour, his witty asides, and for frequently commencing his monologues with the words "Well of course...", he was the winner of fifty-four editions of JAM, and spoke for a full minute without hesitation, deviation or repetition on twenty-one occasions.
