A coconut santan sago pudding dessert that is served with a drizzle of gula melaka sauce. Soft & chewy texture yet fragrant and delicious.
Ingredients
125 sago pearls ( soaked & drain water)
20g gelatin powder ( bloom with 3 tbsp water)
300 ml water
1 pandan leaf
300ml thick coconut cream
6-8 tbsp condensed milk
