Weightloss focus plan:
*Small portions
*Intermittent fasting (eating window roughly 1pm - 8pm)
*Daily workouts - 30 mins
I did NOT follow my focus plan for all 7 days, but these are the results of just following about 80% of the time! I think these results are pretty good. Imagine if I followed the plan closer to 100% AND ate cleaner!!
