The recent presentation of Super73 C1X, Sondors Metacycle as well as some other modeldebuts from EICMA have generated quite a lot of buzz and excitement within the EV community. This situation clearly shows a great demand for light electric motorcycles not only in the USA but in Europe, India, Asia and the world in general.
This class of motorcycles have compact body designs and are perfect for city commuting and maneuvering around the urban areas. However, besides being lightweight, the manufacturers equipped these two-wheelers with motors and batteries that are good enough for reaching highway speeds over 60 miles per hour. Consequently, this form of transport would serve a dual purpose and could be used for longer range commuting than average e-bikes that we have on sale in 2022.
