I didn't think it was possible, but it happened. After doing 100 days of stretching, I'd grown over an inch taller and lost an inch of fat from my waist. Not to mention, my arms and legs grew slimmer too!
My 100 day stretching results:

And now, I'll be sharing with you all of the stretches I'd done for my experiment so that you can try it too.
Just remember:
1. Stretch for 10 minutes everyday
2. Hold each stretch for (at least) 30 seconds.
Upward Dog (1:08)
Sky Reach (1:41)
Standing Thigh Stretch (2:12)
Close Toe Touch (3:20)

Low Lunge (6:10)
Half Split (6:42)
Lunge (7:16)
Low Lunge (7:49)
