Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar slammed opposition leaders who walked out of the House on 2 August stating that "they are walking out from their Constitutional obligations". Members of the opposition walked out of the Rajya Sabha after they were refused a directive to PM Modi to speak in the House on the unrest in Manipur.
