Russia hit a children’s hospital in Kyiv during a brazen daylight hypersonic missile attack on the Ukrainian capital. Video showed Okhmatdyt children's hospital, in the Lukianivska area, with blown-out windows and smoke rising from it. More footage from inside showed glass littering the floors of hospital rooms with baby cots in them, and droplets of blood. Officials said multiple people were wounded in the attack with children thought to be under the rubble. The hospital is being evacuated, with patients moved elsewhere in the city. Kyiv was just one city targeted in an early-morning Russian missile salvo on Ukraine on July 8. President Zelensky said 40 missiles of different types were used, including Kinzhal hypersonic missiles. Five cities were struck, including Dnipro, Kryvyi Rih, Sloviansk and Kramatorsk. More than a dozen people have been killed, while scores have been wounded.
