Joan Collins and Wayne Rogers present the award for Best Motion Picture to "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial". Producer Kathleen Kennedy says she is the luckiest person in the world. She says Steven Spielberg couldn't be there, because he is in London. She thanks everyone that was involved with the film and dedicates the award to Pat Bylon.
