INGREDIENTS:
Yield: 4 pcs hamonado rolls
- 2 kg pork shoulder or pork butt ( pigue ), sliced hamonado style
- salt and ground black pepper
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup brown sugar, adjust according to your preference
- lea and perrins worcestershire sauce, a few drops
- 1 tsp salt
FOR THE FILLING:
- 4 pcs hotdogs
- 5 pcs cheese sticks
- 1 large carrots, cut into 4 pcs sticks
- cooking twine, for tying the hamonado rolls
- cooking oil
- 1 can ( 140g ) pineapple tidbits, including the juice
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- water if needed
