A teenager is being charged as an adult after a shooting at a mall in Arizona, which injured a 4-year-old boy among others. Authorities in Maricopa County say Raul Franco, 17, is accused of aggravated assault, endangerment, misconduct involving weapons, and possession of a weapon by prohibited persons.
