This episode takes place outside the North Point Mall, i went inside at first but the pedestrians weren't really in a rioting mood. Peds are randomized and have a little riot with random weapons thanks to the tool of the Rainbomizer Mod for GTA VC, much more fun than the standard cheat code.

About the Peds Riot episodes:
- In these episodes, the pedestrians of Vice City attack each other with weapons using the 'Peds Riot (FIGHTFIGHTFIGHT)' and 'Peds Carry Guns (OURGODGIVENRIGHTTOBEARARMS)' cheat codes.
- Using the GTA Vice City Rainbomizer mod, peds can be given random weapons, various episodes may see the peds and vehicles randomized too.
- With God Mode mod enabled, Tommy will not take damage from anything or attract police attention when committing a crime.
