Mvemba Dizolele, Duignan distinguished fellow at Stanford Universityapos;s Hoover Institution, and author of a forthcoming biography of former president Mobutu, will offer his thoughts on the main challenges ahead and make suggestions for effective U.S. engagement in the DRC during the run-up to the polls and beyond.
