I consider this to be the worst VHS to DVD transfer that I have ever seen.

Synopsis (Translated from Italian):
Evil King Satan He wants to take possession of the seven dragon spheres that will allow him to fulfil his dream: to subjugate humanity and dominate the universe. Two spheres are already in his diabolical hands, the others guard them: Goku, Bulma, Olong, Yamcha and the Master Roshi old hermit of the turtle.
