Pellet grill beef jerky recipe:
per 2 lbs of lean beef
3 tbsp Prosperity Vineyards Balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup coconut aminos or soy sauce
1.5 tsp Redmond real salt garlic salt
1.5 tsp Redmond real salt onion salt
1 tbsp fresh cracked black pepper.
Then add as much black pepper as you'd like on top of the meat after spreading it out on wire racks.
This beef jerky is the perfect snack to have around, especially for me being how I like to eat low carb /keto
as always, I feel this cook with Jax jealous devil pellets.
I used my ZGrills 7002 pellet smoker.
