I've never had such a delicious recipe! My 60-year-old grandmother's best recipe!
Ingredients
For the dough:
350 ml warm milk
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp instant yeast
1 egg
4 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
600 g / 1,32 lb of all-purpose flour
For the minced meat filling:
400 g / 0,90 lb low-fat ground beef
2 medium finely chopped onions
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
A bunch of chopped parsley
For the potato stuffing:
4 large boiled potatoes
1 tbsp of butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
A pinch of ground nutmeg
Other ingredients:
1 cup of starch (120 g)
1 cup of flour (120 g)
2 tbsp of melted butter
60 ml of veg oil
150 g mozzarella
Butter (for above)
