GOAN MANGO PICKLE
Ingredients required
7 medium raw mangoes
2 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp Kashmiri chilly powder
1/4 cup cooking oil
2 tbsp sesame oil or mustard oil
1 tbsp mustard seeds
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
1 tsp asafoetida
Notes:
If possible sun dry the jar and other utensils used for making pickles, Make sure all the bowls, spoons, chopping board and knife are dry. These will increase the shelf life of the pickles. 😊
