GXO needed a new technological solution to increase its layer picking efficiency. Körber’s Operator Eye, a digital AI add-on module, was deployed at the East Midlands Gateway in the UK to automatically detect quality issues and allow machines to self-operate. By improving availability and keeping capacity high, the Operator Eye has solved a key challenge.
