A lot of people struggle with how much to share on social media. People are afraid to overshare in case of causing problems with family or friends. I have found that over sharing is better than under sharing, as people are more likely to trust my business when knowing me as an actual person.

My best strategy for IG growth is to post reels! I make many reels and tiktok style videos to post, and these have gotten me many new followers. In the past, Instagram growth required payment for followers, shoutouts, etc. This has recently changed with reels and I’ve been able to successfully grow my account organically.

Someone asked what platform is the best to grow. There are many successful individuals on single platforms, but I try to to be present on all of them. I suggest doing a main platform for longer form content, then creating short form content for other platforms.

I also discuss my content team! At the top, I have my producer. Justin manages all the content my team produces across all my channels. I also have different departments depending on the platform. Ryan runs my TikTok, Ray runs my Youtube and Instagram, Ray and Omar do my podcasts, and I have a Twitter team. The teams are made up of editors and my videographer. I have at least 10 to 15 people on my team and spend around $40,000 per month on media!
