This is a case of 60 year old female, uncontrolled diabetic, who presented in ER with acute calculous cholecystitis with choledocholithiasis. She was admitted, hydrated and started off on antibiotics. MRCP was done which showed the same. ERCP stenting was done on the next day and then she was planned for laparoscopic cholecystectomy the day after.

Post operatively, she did well and was discharged on day 2 of the surgery.
