1 to 2 years old toddler meal plan
1. As soon as they wake up, give them 50-100 ml of water.
2. Give them water in which dry grapes were soaked since this can prevent constipation.
3. After this, you can give them breast milk at 7-7:30 a.m.
4. At 8:30, you can give healthy foods for toddlers like idly, idiyappam, Pongal, oats, dosai and more as breakfast.
5. After ½ an hour bathe them and let them sleep.
6. After their nap, you can give them fruits or soups.
8. At 1 p.m., you can give rasam rice, sambar rice, vegetable rice, and more. Add vegetables to the diet.
9. After their second nap, you can give fruit milkshakes or other healthy snacks.
10. By 7:00 p.m., you can give dinner like chapati, wheat dosa and more.
