Stamp Collection Germany 1889-1900. Many special colors and variety's on these early german issues. All of the stamps are expertised by one of the BBP ( Bund Philatelister Prufer's). Herr Jaschke-Lantelme, Jaschke, Dr Oeschsner and Dr Hochstadter ). The BPP signature shows the condition of the stamp and the authenticity. When the signature is all the way to the bottom it means the stamp is in perfect condition. The higher the signature from the bottom the more defects or problems with the condition. This is my personal collection I started around 1992 and I'm still working on my GERMANIA section of my collection! MICHEL 72c and 86 IIe are missing but I have some good candidates to send to the BPP prufer soon!
