hello everyone and welcome to my channel and in this video today we will see what to do if you don't receive notification alert for text message from a particular contact
In case if you are not a text alert sound from a particular contact in your iPhone then let us see what to do. This applies in case when you receive the text alert for all the contacts except a single one. Open the messaging app and suppose if this is the contact whose text alert notification sound you can not hear then what you check is check on the side if there is a crescent moon icon or not. If there is a crescent moon icon that means you have silenced this contact. So, in order to receive the text alert sound again swipe this contact to the left and select the option show alert. Now the crescent moon icon is gone and next time when this contact sends you an sms you can hear the alert notification sound.
