Welcome to the No Dig Norfolk gardener and our no dig/no till garden where we grow vegetables. Although we grow veg from our back garden it is very much set up like allotment gardening Uk. Our passion is vegetable gardening, productive gardening, bigger harvests and no dig gardening. You will see how growing your own food is so easy.
Whether you grow vegetables, fruit, herbs or a combination of them all, you can easily add plants which will attract beneficial pollinating insects. Looking to attract some more pollinators to your garden? Want to attract pollinators to your vegetable garden? We plant a few flowers among our veggies to do just that! Many pollinator species populations are at risk due to a combination of many different factors, including #climatechange, #habitatloss, and #pestisides. The decline of pollinator species could ultimately lead to a parallel decline of plant species, threatening biodiversity and food security.
In this video we sow flower seeds to grow on and add to our vegetable beds for attracting pollinators and insects that can help control the threat of pest damage versus pesticides.
Today we sowed on camera
Marigolds (saved seed)
