Welcome to After School Yoga Club!
Whether you are a student, a school employee, or a parent, we could all use a little yoga in our lives right now. I'll be posting weekly yoga classes for you to practice after school (or whenever it fits in your schedule). The first class will be posted on October 25th. These beginner friendly classes will be about 15-20 minutes long. All you’ll need is a mat and some comfy clothes. Practice on your own, or grab some friends, family members, colleagues, or students and practice together in a classroom or at home. Let these classes serve you and your school community in a way that makes sense for you.
