Ingredients:
all purpose flour 3 1/3 cup + extra for dusting
sugar 1/2 cup
salt 1 tsp
bread improver 1 tsp (optional)
instant yeast 2 1/4 tsp
water or milk 176 ml (little bit cold)
egg 2 medium size
shortening 30 grams or (oil)
Note: kaya po cold ang water or milk natin kasi matagal po natin siya masahin para hindi po agad mag activate agad yong gluten sa flour para hindi mag dry yong ating dough.
pag medyo sticky po talaga ang inyo dough kasi hindi po pareho lahat ng flour add kayo kayo 1/2 tbsp at a time hanggang sa makuha nyo po ang tamang consistency na hinahanap natin.
do not add too much flour para hindi po magdry. the dough should be soft and smooth.
para malambot ang tinapay.
Oven temperature: 180°c
Baking time: 18 minutes add 3 minutes more if you like toasted pandesal.
