Elizabeth Johnson has been found guilty of charges of unlawful imprisonment and custodial interference of her then 7-month-old son Gabriel. Unlawful imprisonment was a lesser included charge in the first count of kidnapping. The jury left the verdict on kidnapping blank, meaning they either believed she was not guilty or that they couldn't come to a decision. The jury deliberated for six hours on Wednesday and came to their decision on the second day of deliberations Thursday afternoon. Johnson was facing a maximum of more than 25 years in prison.
