Andhra Oath Ceremony: PM Modi hugs Chandrababu Naidu After he takes Oath as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister. Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu took oath for a fourth term today. Ally and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan along with Mr Naidu's son Nara Lokesh were among 24 leaders who took oath as ministers for the state. The ceremony was attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union ministers Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, J P Nadda as well as Shiv Sena chief Eknath Shinde.
