Here's a video to illustrate that not all of our rides are smooth and uninterrupted. This is an unedited (apart from the warm-up) version of the return leg of our regular Saturday morning ride along Melbourne's 'famous' Beach Road. It is more of a Medium Intensity workout as we had a large group all the way through, so long efforts with no sprint at the end. Try to ignore the disruptions and keep pedalling!
