I get lots of requests for low carb vegan meals. Today I make breakfast, lunch and dinner as low in carbs as I possibly could while still eating delicious and nutritious meals! I tried to keep the whole day under 50 net grams of carbs so that it might work for keto dieters, but you'll have to watch to find out if I could manage that!
