🔎Bastion mobile coastal missile system crews trained to deliver missile strikes at mock enemy ships

In Kamchatka and the Kuril Islands, combat crews of the Bastion mobile coastal missile system of the Pacific Fleet, as part of a bilateral exercise trained to launch a missile strike at a mock enemy ship detachment.

As planned, the combat vehicles marched through the cross-country from the deployment points to the position areas. On the route of the convoys, the units guarding the convoys neutralised the mock enemy's sabotage and reconnaissance groups and ensured the safe movement of the missile systems.

Mobile launchers were deployed in the designated areas with positions set up beforehand. The servicemen prepared the systems for use within the prescribed time frame and then carried out the electronic launches of the Onyx missiles against targets imitating the mock enemy paratroopers preventing the landing of troops on the coast.

After electronic launches, the crews changed positions.
