Here we are doing up some Leatherette coozies for a customer and I wanted to use this opportunity to go over how to do up temporary placement for quick turnout, without using jigs or permanent fixtures.

Ideally you want to use a jig for mass production, we all know that. The point of this video/tutorial is to show you that you can still get great and identical engravings on multiple qty orders if you are are multi-tasking and doing many things at the same time.

In this case, I had a jig on the laser from doing keychains, that I took a pause on, I was doing editing on the computer for videos, as well as cleaning keychains that I engraved earlier in the day. Since I did not want to remove the keychain jig and all that, I showed here how you can just plop down your item, line it up quickly and accurately, and engrave it, not having to move your other work process.

This was done on the xTool D1 Pro as I was working inside today, not out in the shop with the co2 machines.
